Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED is required.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is expected.
• Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams and other technical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Fully understand the requirements in Job Reports and ensure all are met.
• Address customer concerns and provide solutions.
• Educate production team on quality control issues and collaborate with managers to improve safety and product quality.
• Assist with process checklists and coordinate quality inspections.
• Conduct dimensional and visual inspections of all cases prior to shipment to meet customer specs.
• Inspect refrigeration components and measurements in process before final assembly.
• Create corrective actions to ensure product specifications are met.
• Maintain quality data records and charts (Pareto, SPC).
• Conduct process audits to ensure compliance with standards.
