Job summary

PAC Worldwide is seeking a Quality Assurance Tech I to inspect finished products and ensure quality aligns with standards. You will record inspection data, audit goods, and assist in customer complaint investigations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
• Must be capable of speaking, reading and writing English with good written, oral and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read and interpret general quality procedures and test methods.

Responsibilities

• Inspect finished product for quality against standards and document inspection data.
• Audit finished goods and investigate customer complaints to determine causes of failures.
• Conduct bag checks for production machines (measurements, seal integrity, hot melt).
• Release machines at shift start and after setups per checklist.
• Perform incoming inspection checks on raw materials and finished goods.
