Job summary

Firestone Walker is seeking a Quality Technician I to ensure product quality across production. You will collect samples from tanks, kegs, barrels, and water sources for analytical, microbial, packaging, and sensory testing in a lab setting.

Accuracy and efficiency are essential as you support brewing and cellar teams. You will maintain QC data, run routine tests, and help keep a safe, organized lab environment while collaborating across shifts.

Qualifications

• Degree in microbiology, chemistry, biochemistry, biology, or food sciences preferred.
• At least 2 years in a quality monitoring role in a production environment preferred.
• Ability to work 4:00 PM–12:30 AM shift; strong teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collect samples from tanks, lines, and water sources for analytical testing.
• Perform microbial, chemical, sensory and packaging analyses in the lab.
• Maintain lab cleanliness, equipment, and QC database with accurate records.
