Job summary

Altium Packaging LP is seeking a Quality Technician in Phoenix to audit, test and measure finished goods, ensuring customer standards and GMP compliance. You will support daily operations with statistical methods and proper documentation.

The role involves laboratory testing, material inspections, and collaboration with shifts to resolve quality issues while maintaining safety and efficiency across molding, packaging and loading processes.

Qualifications

• The technician position requires a high school diploma or its equivalent.
• One year of related experience.
• ASQ certification or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Audit, test and measure finished goods to ensure customer standards.
• Apply GMP and safety practices to daily operations.
• Use statistical tools to monitor plant performance and quality.
• Complete laboratory testing and collect samples at intervals.
• Perform incoming inspections and dimensional checks.
• Notify shift leaders of quality issues and coordinate corrective actions.
• Participate in cycle counts and inventory of finished goods.
