Job summary

Altium Packaging seeks a Quality Technician to audit, test and measure finished goods and ensure customer standards while upholding GMP compliance. You will participate in laboratory testing, process inspections and material inbound checks, reporting issues to shift leaders.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, 1 year related experience, familiarity with basic statistics and metrology, and a proactive mindset toward continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of related experience.
• ASQ certification or equivalent is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Audit, test and measure finished goods to ensure customer standards and GMP compliance.
• Apply statistical tools to monitor plant performance and finished goods.
• Complete laboratory testing and collect samples at established intervals.
• Continually seek process improvements and report to management.
• Audit compliance with GMP policies and perform inspections during molding, packaging and loading.
• Perform incoming inspection of raw materials and dimensional checks on products.
• Conduct in-process inspections during molding, packaging and loading.
• Perform cycle counts and inventory of finished goods.
