Job summary

Altium Packaging is seeking a Quality Technician in Phoenix to audit, test and measure finished goods while ensuring adherence to GMP and safety standards.

You will apply basic statistics, perform inspections across molding, packaging, and loading processes, and assist with continuous improvement initiatives. The role requires a high school diploma and at least one year of related experience, with ASQ considered a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of related quality or manufacturing experience.
• ASQ certification or equivalent is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Apply statistical tools to monitor plant performance and finished goods.
• Perform laboratory testing and collect samples at established intervals.
• Seek process improvements and report to management.
• Audit GMP compliance and adherence to control plans.
• Conduct inspections during molding, packaging, and loading.
• Perform incoming material inspections and dimensional checks.
• Report quality issues to shift leaders and management.
• Carry out cycle counts and inventory of finished goods as needed.
