C-P Flexible Packaging is seeking Quality Technicians to uphold food safety and quality across manufacturing lines. You will monitor CCPs, ensure correct recipe adherence, and collect samples for the lab while maintaining strict documentation.

Qualifications

• Preferred 1-2 years’ experience in printing, food, or regulated industry with knowledge of GMPs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office package software is essential.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail is essential.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and identify critical control points (CCP) within processes.
• Monitor processes and product food safety and quality during manufacturing.
• Document and file all relevant records and logs.
• Ensure recipe guidelines are met during processing.
• Enforce and educate employees on quality and safety practices.
• Collect product samples for the Quality lab.
• Inspect in-process printing for quality and accuracy per customer specs.
• Identify non-conformances and correct them in real time when feasible.
• Collaborate with Operations on presses, slitter, lamination for improvements.
• Ensure paperwork on production lines is accurate and timely.
