C-P Flexible Packaging is seeking a Quality Operations Technician to join our quality team on a 7am-7pm shift. You will ensure quality, food safety, and esthetics of products, adhering to GMP and SQF standards while supporting continuous improvement on the production line.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in printing or food regulation, strong attention to detail, and solid MS Office skills. Join a fast-growing packaging leader with excellent benefits and bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 1–2 years' experience in printing, food or regulated industry with GMP knowledge.
• Excellent communication, time management, and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office essential.

Responsibilities

• Monitor CCPs within processes and ensure consistency with specifications.
• Monitor processes for food safety and quality throughout manufacturing.
• Document and file all relevant logs and records accurately.
• Ensure correct recipe guidelines are followed during processing.
• Ensure employees follow all Food Safety and worker safety practices.
• Collect product samples for Quality lab and perform in-process inspections.
• Identify non-conformances and correct in real time when feasible.
• Work with Operations on presses, slitter, lamination to identify improvement areas.
• Maintain timely and accurate paperwork on production lines.
