Job summary

C-P Flexible Packaging is seeking Quality Technicians to help monitor CCPs, ensure food safety, and uphold quality throughout the manufacturing process. You will document records, verify recipes, and lead quality checks on prints and packaging to meet customer specifications.

Ideal candidates bring 1–2 years in printing/food or regulated environments, strong communication, and meticulous attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Preferred 1-2 years’ experience in printing, food, or regulated industry with knowledge of GMPs (21 CFR 110/111/210/211).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office package software is essential.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Excellent time management skills and attention to detail are essential.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and identify critical control points (CCP) within the processes.
• Oversee processes and product food safety and quality throughout manufacturing.
• Document and file all relevant record logs and documentation.
• Ensure recipe guidelines for products are met during processing.
• Ensure employees follow food safety and worker safety practices.
• Educate employees on quality expectations.
• Collect product samples for the Quality lab.
• Inspect in-process printing for quality and accuracy per customer specs.
• Identify non-conformances and correct them in real time when feasible.
• Collaborate with Operations on presses, slitter, lamination for improvements.
• Maintain timely and accurate paperwork on production lines.
