Dynamic Sealing Technologies (DSTI) of Andover, MN is hiring a hands-on Quality Technician for the second shift in a clean, modern manufacturing environment. You will inspect parts, verify quality standards, and work with manufacturing to ensure customer and company requirements are met.

We provide training on our systems and processes; you just need to be comfortable using a computer and willing to learn. This full-time role offers growth potential.

Qualifications

Quality Technician- Second Shift + Flexible Schedule

We're looking for a hands-on Quality Technician to join our team in a clean, modern manufacturing environment. If you enjoy working with precision parts and want a role where you can learn and grow, this is a great opportunity.

In this role, you'll inspect parts, verify quality standards, and work closely with manufacturing to ensure everything meets customer and company requirements. We provide training on our systems and processes. You just need to be comfortable using a computer and willing to learn.

Duties for a Quality Technician

What You'll Do:

• Inspect incoming and finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Use measuring tools like calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
• Handle and examine precision machined components.
• Conduct visual inspections (welds, plating, surface finishes).
• Document inspection results and support production teams.
• Work with engineering and manufacturing to resolve quality issues.

Tools & skills you may use:

• CMM and other inspection equipment.
• Reading Engineering drawings and basic GD&T.

If you have experience with some of these areas, that is great! If not, we are willing to train the right candidate.
