Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to work with precision parts.
• Ability to problem solve and make sound decisions in a production environment.
• Comfortable using a computer (Microsoft Office or similar systems).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming and finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Use measuring tools like calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
• Handle and examine precision machined components.
• Conduct visual inspections (welds, plating, surface finishes).
• Document inspection results and support production teams.
• Work with engineering and manufacturing to resolve quality issues.
