Job summary

C-P Flexible Packaging is hiring a Night Shift Quality Technician to monitor CCPs and maintain product quality and food safety throughout the manufacturing process. The candidate should have GMP knowledge, strong documentation skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment on Sundays through Thursdays 11pm–7am.

Compensation starts at $22/hour with a $1.25/hr shift differential, plus merit increases and a full benefits package including PTO, health/dental/vision, 401(k), life

Qualifications

• Preferred 1-2 years’ experience in printing, food, or regulated industry with knowledge of GMP’s (21CFR 110/111/210/211).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office package software is essential.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Excellent time management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail is essential.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and identify critical control points (CCP) within processes.
• Monitor processes and product food safety and quality throughout manufacturing.
• Document and file all relevant record logs and documentation.
• Ensure correct recipe guidelines for products are met during processing.
• Ensure employees follow all food safety and worker safety practices.
• Educate employees on quality expectations.
• Collect product samples for the Quality lab.
• Inspect in-process printing for quality and accuracy per customer specs.
• Identify non-conformances and correct real-time when feasible.
• Collaborate with Operations on presses, slitter, lamination for continuous improvement.
• Ensure paperwork is accurate and timely on production lines.

Job Functions & Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

• Responsible for monitoring and identifying critical control points (CCP) within the processes.

Qualifications:
