MasterMold is seeking a dependable Quality Technician for the 2nd Shift in Mauston, Wisconsin. The role focuses on inspecting parts, verifying conformity to standards, and communicating quality concerns.

We welcome candidates with strong manufacturing knowledge and problem-solving skills, and we are willing to train the right person. You will support production operations, interact with multiple departments, and contribute to root-cause investigations and corrective actions.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Inspect manufactured parts for defects, damage, and quality concerns.
• Verify products meet established quality standards and customer requirements.
• Identify and communicate quality issues promptly.
• Use inspection tools and measurement equipment to evaluate products.
• Maintain accurate inspection records and quality documentation.
• Work with Production and Engineering to investigate defects and process concerns.
• Assist with troubleshooting, root-cause investigations, and corrective actions.
• Monitor production processes and identify opportunities to improve quality.
• Support continuous improvement and defect reduction initiatives.
