MasterMold is seeking a dependable Quality Technician for the 2nd Shift in Mauston, Wisconsin. The role focuses on inspecting parts, verifying quality, and communicating issues to improve processes.

Previous quality experience helps, but training will be provided for strong manufacturing knowledge and problem-solving skills. This hands-on position supports production operations and requires collaboration with supervisors and other departments.

MasterMold is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Quality Technician to join our 2nd Shift team in Mauston, Wisconsin.

Do you notice things other people miss? Do you enjoy figuring out why something isn't working correctly?

We're looking for someone who takes initiative, identifies quality concerns, and helps ensure our products meet customer expectations.

Previous quality experience is helpful, but we're willing to train candidates with strong manufacturing knowledge, problem-solving skills, and a willingness to learn.

This is an active, hands-on position supporting production operations and working closely with employees, supervisors, and other departments.

What You'll Do

Inspect manufactured parts for defects, damage, and quality concerns.

Verify products meet established quality standards and customer requirements.

Identify and communicate quality issues promptly.

Use inspection tools and measurement equipment to evaluate products.

Maintain accurate inspection records and quality documentation.

Work with Production and Engineering to investigate defects and process concerns.

Assist with troubleshooting, root-cause investigations, and corrective actions.

Monitor production processes and identify opportunities to improve quality.

Support continuous improvement and defect reduction initiatives.
