Job summary

MasterMold is seeking hands-on Quality Technicians to join our Johnson Creek team on 1st and 2nd shifts. You’ll work on the production floor, collaborating with operators, leads, and engineers to monitor quality in real time.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, curious, and willing to learn. You’ll inspect materials, identify defects, document results, and help root-cause investigations to prevent defects and improve processes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in quality control or inspection.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to document information accurately.
• Ability to communicate and work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Inspect materials and finished products against quality requirements.
• Identify defects, trends, and quality concerns.
• Communicate issues promptly to prevent problems.
• Work with Production, Engineering, and Quality to resolve issues.
• Help troubleshoot defects and assist root-cause investigations.
• Use inspection tools and measurement equipment to evaluate products.
• Document inspection results and maintain quality records.
• Help determine if problems are isolated or systemic.
• Support corrective actions and follow-up.
• Participate in continuous improvement to reduce defects.
• Reinforce quality expectations among employees.
• Assist in developing and improving quality procedures.
