Job summary

MasterMold is seeking a 2nd Shift Production Operator in Mauston, WI. Will train newcomers with no prior manufacturing experience and provide on-the-job learning across paints and presses. The role pays $23.50 per hour, including shift premium, with a focus on safety and quality.

You will operate equipment, load and unload parts, inspect products, and assemble finished goods. A team-oriented environment offers opportunities to grow manufacturing skills and contribute to efficient production.

Qualifications
