Job summary

L3Harris Technologies, a defense tech leader, is seeking a Quality Technician to support multiple production programs on 2nd shift in Londonderry, NH. You will ensure parts and processes meet quality standards, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and help drive continuous improvement with data-driven decisions.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, with strong communication skills and the ability to interpret drawings and use inspection tools in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Requires a HS diploma or equivalent with 6 years of quality experience or 2 years post-secondary with 2 years of quality experience.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings.
• Experience with data analytics and non-conforming material disposition.

Responsibilities

• Support material review process, including review and dispositions of non-conforming material.
• Assist in conformance inspection testing and related quality assurance activities.
• Communicate with contacts within and outside of department to interpret and explain operational processes, practices, and procedures
• Function independently with limited supervision and elevate needs to leadership as needed.
• Assist with failure analysis and corrective action efforts using complex problem-solving methods to drive the development of technical solutions.
• Support thorough use of data analytics, the verifying and validating of processes, methods and associated equipment capability.
• As required, support the training, mentoring and coaching of lab and inspection personnel in the technical requirements of product
• Perform other duties as assigned within the scope of the Quality Technician role.
