• Experience leading manufacturing operations and Lean/continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ability to coach, resolve issues, and drive daily operations on the production lines.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily operations of manufacturing production lines on 2nd shift.
• Facilitate Lean/CI projects and ensure adherence to the 6S program and KPIs.
• Monitor yields, analyze failure trends, and drive corrective actions.
