Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with 9 years of related experience; Master’s preferred with 7 years; 13 years in lieu of degree.
Lean manufacturing and problem-solving experience; strong coaching ability.
Proficiency with MS Office and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily production activities on the 2nd shift for assigned lines.
Coach and resolve issues; facilitate daily operations and continuous improvement.
Lead Lean/CI projects and ensure 6S, on-time delivery, and yield improvements.
Monitor metrics, manage downtime, and enforce safety and quality standards.
Develop staff through performance reviews and hands-on guidance.
Coordinate with manufacturing engineers on process questions and improvements.
Maintain work instructions, routers, logs, and calibration requirements.
