Job summary

Jabil is seeking a quality-focused professional for our Memphis, TN facility. This on-site role supports calibration tracking, data collection for analysis, and audits under the guidance of the Quality Engineer.

You will assist with new product introduction, CAPA/ MRB activities, MES routing, and documentation actions, building hands-on experience in quality systems within a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 4+ years of applicable quality experience or equivalent training.
• Ability to present information clearly to teams, management and customers.
• Ability to analyze problems, collect and interpret data, and draw conclusions.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office in a Windows environment and basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Support creation of visual aids and work instructions.
• Assist with calibration tracking and verification for all measurement devices.
• Support product and process engineering activities under the direction of the Quality Engineer.
• Collect and organize raw data for analysis.
• Participate in routine process and product audits.
• Support NPI and process improvement based on DOE.
• Configure MES flows for rework routing.
• Execute and track document actions including DA, ECN, and CAPA.
• Review in-line nonconforming material and coordinate movement to MRB.
• Create MRB travelers.
• Attend CAC and MRB meetings as necessary.
