BASIC FUNCTION:

  • Able to Lead Problem-Solving Activities,Including Whiteboard and Kaizen Activities
  • Assistwith training team members oninspectioninstructions and defects.
  • Complete assigned audits thoroughly and on time.
  • Backup for groupleadasnecessary.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

PHYSICAL REEQUIREMENTS:
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the workday.
  • Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb, reach, push, pull, and perform physical activitiesrequiredto support manufacturing operations.
  • Ability to use hands and fingers tooperateequipment, tools, computers, and other business systems.
  • Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 15 pounds independently.
  • Ability to visually inspect products, equipment, and work areas for quality and safety concerns.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in a manufacturing environment.
