DaikyoNishikawa USA, Inc. seeks a Paint Process Engineer to develop and optimize water-based primer/base coat and 2K clear coat processes.
You will manage paint program start-up from concept to volume ramp-up, set quality objectives, and collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams on process improvements at our Madison, AL facility. Ideal candidates have extensive experience with water-based paint systems, PFMEA, process control, and Fanuc robotics.

This position requires an experienced professional with a comprehensive experience in paint processes who will be responsible for developing optimal Water-based Primer / Base Coat and 2K Clear Coat processes. Our ideal candidate exhibits a can-do attitude and approaches his or her work with vigor and determination. Candidates will be expected to demonstrate excellence in their respective fields, to possess the ability to learn quickly, and to strive for perfection within a fast-paced environment.
While we welcome out-of-state applicants, this is an on-site position that will require you to report to the plant in Madison, AL for work.
