Job summary

Ingersoll Rand is seeking a Quality Technician in Missouri to verify first article and in-process component conformity using CMM measurements and standard work instructions. You will support Manufacturing Technicians by identifying issues, troubleshooting, and updating procedures.

Your background includes 2 years of inspector experience on machined parts, blueprint reading, and proficiency with precision inspection tools. CMM experience and knowledge of SolidWorks/Office are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2 years experience inspecting machined parts.
• 2 years experience blueprint reading.
• Experience using precision inspection tools and familiarity with calibration requirements.
• Proficient with SolidWorks and Microsoft Office preferred.
• CMM experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partners with Operators, Buyers, and Engineers to drive dimensional challenges to resolution.
• Perform 1st article & in-process inspections of manufacturing processes from the shop floor.
• Maintain data documentation records based on retention requirements.
• Conduct all return material authorization (RMA) dispositions.
• Provide quality training as assigned.
