Job summary

Ingersoll Rand is seeking a Quality Technician to verify first article and in-process component compliance using CMM measurements and standard work instructions. You will support Manufacturing Technicians, troubleshoot problems, and help update standard work, ensuring accurate documentation on the shop floor.

The role requires 2 years of inspection experience, blueprint reading, and familiarity with calibration requirements, using SolidWorks and MS Office tools, with CMM experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 2 years experience inspecting machined parts.
• 2 years experience blueprint reading.
• Experience using precision inspection tools and calibration requirements.
• Proficient with SolidWorks and MS Office; CMM experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Verify compliance of first article and in-process parts using CMM and standard work instructions.
• Assist Manufacturing Technicians to identify problems and troubleshoot.
• Update standard work and communicate issues as required.
• Maintain inspection data records and DMT tracking.
• Perform 1st article and in-process inspections from the shop floor.
• Conduct RMA dispositions as needed.
• Provide quality training as assigned.
