Reporting Line

This position reports to: Integrated Product Unit Leader

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Main Accountabilities:
2. Supports activities related to Quality Management within the local ABB organizational unit.
3. Executes and assists with quality content, tools, and systems implementation.
4. Supports quality assurance activities in collaboration with production, engineering, and other functions.
5. Reports quality issues and ensures adherence to the Quality Management System at all stages.
6. Provides accurate and timely data on Quality metrics and KPIs for process analysis and management.
7. Uses measurement systems to produce data reflecting the characteristics of materials, products, systems, and processes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Availability to work any shift (1st, 2nd, 3rd)
• Performs tasks safely and encourages safety among others
• Trains operational teams on quality management and supports improvements
• Provides feedback from customers to align process outputs with expectations
• Assists in implementing and maintaining a Quality system
• Conducts routine audits for process and product conformance
• Leads small teams in documenting processes and implementing quality controls
• Must have work authorization to work in the US for ABB
