Top 3 Required Skills

1. 5+ years of hands-on experience with Civil Construction projects, particularly in utility or solar projects.
2. Must have previous experience as a Construction Quality Specialist or in Construction Site QA/QC.
3. Ability to read and understand construction drawings (IFC drawings).
4. Prior experience with site safety reviews and walkdowns, with a focus on safety, familiarity with OSHA 30 and industry safety practices.

Soft Skills Requirements

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lead, collaborate, or work effectively within multi-disciplinary teams.
• Proficiency in using a personal computer and managing PDFs.
• Ability to file daily reports.

Nice to Have Skills

• Previous experience with utility-scale solar construction.
• Experience with electrical construction work.

Required Years of Experience

Education
