Pay: $18–$25/hour DOE
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM

We're looking for a Quality Technician to join our manufacturing team. This is a great opportunity for someone with 6 months–2 years of manufacturing or quality experience who wants to build their skills and grow their career in quality.
You’ll work hands‑on with parts, drawings, and inspection equipment while learning how to ensure products meet customer and company standards.
Inspect incoming materials, parts in production, and finished products
Read and follow manufacturing drawings and specifications
Use calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other inspection tools
Perform first‑piece, in‑process, and final inspections
Record inspection results and maintain quality documentation
Identify and communicate quality issues to the team
Assist with basic problem‑solving and continuous improvement
Work with production team members to maintain quality standards
Help keep inspection equipment accurate and properly maintained
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
6 months–2 years of manufacturing or quality experience preferred
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to read basic blueprints/drawings
Comfortable using measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers
Basic computer skills, including Word and Excel
Good attention to detail and basic math skills
Reliable, willing to learn, and comfortable working as part of a team
