Aerotek in Sandston, VA is seeking a Quality Technician for 1st shift in a high-precision manufacturing environment. You will perform first article inspections, use micrometers and calipers, and monitor production to ensure consistent quality while spotting deviations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in manufacturing, production, inspection, or quality.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Experience with precision measurement or inspection tools.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and specifications.
• GD&T knowledge is a plus.
• ASQ CQT, Six Sigma, or similar certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $62400.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

They have a strong 401K plan. You are immediately fully invested. They offer 2x life insurance and pay for short term disability.
