Job summary

Westinghouse Electric Company LLC at the New Stanton facility seeks a contract Quality Inspector to support our mission of delivering high-quality electromechanical components. You will report to the Manager of Quality and perform visual inspections with dimensional verification.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or technical/associate degree, ANSI N45.2.6 and VT-1 Mechanical certifications, experience with inspection of electrical and mechanical parts, and proficiency with drawings,

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or technical schooling; associate degree preferred.
• Certification for inspection to ANSI N45.2.6, VT-1 Mechanical.
• Experience inspecting electrical and mechanical parts preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, and email; SAP experience helpful.

This position is considered a long-term contract.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform visual inspections, including dimensional verification of electromechanical and mechanical components to ensure quality standards are met.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma minimum, technical school, associate degree
• Qualification and certification for inspection to ANSI N45.2.6, Certification to Visual VT-1 Mechanical.
• Experience with inspection of electrical and mechanical parts is preferred.
• Read and interpret drawing and specifications
• Word, Excel, email. SAP experience
