Job summary

Aerotek in Lexington, TN is seeking a Quality Inspector to join a growing manufacturing team. You will inspect parts and assemblies, read blueprints, and ensure products meet quality standards using precision measuring tools on a fully onsite manufacturing floor.

With 2+ years of quality inspection experience and GD&T familiarity, you will contribute to documentation, communication, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of quality inspection experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Experience with measuring tools and dimensional inspections.
• Strong computer, documentation, and communication skills.
• GD&T experience is a plus.

Are you experienced in quality inspections and take pride in catching the details others miss? We're looking for a Quality Inspector to help ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and precision.

What You'll Do

• Inspect parts and assemblies throughout the manufacturing process.

• Read blueprints and engineering drawings.

• Use calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision measuring tools.

• Document inspection results and identify quality issues.

• Partner with production and engineering teams to help drive continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For

2+ years of quality inspection experience

Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings

Experience with measuring tools and dimensional inspections

Strong computer, documentation, and communication skills

GD&T experience is a plus
