• Support standardized work processes and continuous improvement in field service operations.
• Lead failure analysis and corrective actions during project execution.
• Provide updates on objectives, performance, issues, and risks to leadership.
• Translate voice of the customer into measurable service and quality improvements.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Q&S, and Sales to improve performance.
