Job summary

CIRCOR Aerospace & Defense in Warren, MA is seeking a Quality Tech Compliance professional to support customer orders, review certifications, and prepare data packages.

You will perform internal audits, maintain supplier records, interpret drawings and contracts, and help ensure compliance with ASTM, DFARS, and military specifications. ERP experience and strong communication are essential; a two-year degree and 1–3 years related experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience with Military contracts and defense specifications.
• Familiar with ASTM and military specifications, DFARS.
• Experience with material document reviews and audits.
• ERP knowledge required; IFS experience a plus.
• Detail oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Review supplier software for conformance to PO, contracts and specs.
• Perform QA of part orders and prepare data packages.
• Maintain supplier database and ensure timely ERP uploads.
• Maintain OQE records and documentation for Naval orders.
• Read and interpret drawings, contracts, work instructions and BOMs.
• Work with ERP systems and prepare pump kits pre-assembly.
• Conduct internal audits at required intervals.
• Support CBS tools for continuous process improvement.
