Job summary

Refresco Beverages US Inc. in Modesto, CA is seeking a Quality Assurance Technician to ensure products meet customer specs and food safety standards.

The role emphasizes GMPs, SAP documentation, accurate test records, and collaboration with production staff to resolve quality issues. Candidates should have 1–3 years of quality experience in manufacturing, a high school diploma, and familiarity with SQF, Six Sigma, and lab testing practices.

Qualifications

• Highschool diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of experience in Quality within a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years old for in plants co-packaging alcoholic beverages.
• Experience with SQF, SAP, Six Sigma, GMP is preferred.
• Food or beverage lab experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to GMPs and wear PPE in warehouse/production areas.
• Ensure products meet customer specifications in SAP.
• Perform analytical tests on raw materials and finished batches.
• Maintain accurate test records and calibrate laboratory equipment.
• Report out-of-spec results to leadership.
• Assist with or perform audits of finished product and packaging integrity.
