Job summary

Generous Brands is seeking a Quality Assurance Technician for its Rancho Cucamonga facility. The role focuses on ensuring product quality, maintaining traceability of raw materials, and supporting HACCP and GMP programs in a fast-paced beverage manufacturing environment.

The position requires 1 year of experience with analytical equipment or in a regulated food manufacturing setting, and the ability to work a full-time schedule with potential overtime. Training and safety are emphasized.

Qualifications

• High School/GED or 1–2 years of related field experience.
• Operation of manual and automated analytical equipment (1 year).
• Regulated food manufacturing environment with familiarity of GMP standards (1 year).
• Scientific method and report writing (1 year).
• Gathering, recording, and reporting on operational and quality metrics, through manual or automated systems (1 year).

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and documents quality of finished goods and raw materials.
• Reports quality conditions as needed.
• Evaluates facility and warehouse condition for regulatory and HACCP compliance.
• Audits programs to support quality objectives.
• Maintains a clean and organized working environment.
• Follows safety regulations and participates in process improvements.
• Maintains product quality through GMP, Food Safety Preventive Controls, and quality procedures.
• Supports HACCP programs and training for manufacturing partners.
