Responsibilities

• Compile data and prepare reports for quality metrics.
• Perform product audits and inspections.
• Conduct root cause analysis with follow-up actions.
• Assist with training and CAR follow-up verification; collect objective evidence.
• Provide supervision and instruction to test lab technicians as needed.

Job description

This position requires an individual that is a quick learner, possesses good people skills, and is willing to work overtime as needed.

The QE Technician will be expected to be able to follow instructions and work without direct supervision. Experience in cable assembly, and the ability to read and interpret drawings and schematics or the ability to learn such skills are essential to this position.

Compile data and prepare reports, complete product Audits/ Inspection. Root Cause analysis with follow-up. Identify opportunities for improvement. Assist with training, CAR follow-up verification and collecting objective evidence. Provide supervision and instruction to test lab technicians. The QE Technician must be knowledgeable of all equipment used to repair systems and a thorough knowledge of all practices in electronics field. This position requires someone with good attendance and is detail oriented.
