Job summary

TRIGO Global Quality Solutions is seeking a Team Leader in Bellefontaine, OH to lead quality inspection teams, train inspectors, and ensure adherence to client and company guidelines. You will report to the Site Manager and collaborate with cross-functional groups to maintain safety standards and process efficiency on site.

The role requires strong communication, basic Excel skills, and the ability to use gauges and measuring devices.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year in a quality-related position preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership ability.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with customers and site personnel.
• Daily communication with stakeholders at the site level.
• Train inspectors and validate adherence to process (audits).
• Document and report non-conformances to Site Leader/Supervisor.
• Troubleshoot and resolve process issues with Site Lead/Supervisor.
