Job summary

Responsibilities include leading inspectors, training staff, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and company policies at the site level.

Qualifications

• Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel/Outlook) and basic IT skills.
• Ability to train, motivate and manage inspectors and site personnel.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with customers and site personnel.
• Daily communication with various stakeholders at the site level.
• Train inspectors and validate adherence to process (e.g., audits).
• Communicate changes in projects and work instructions to inspectors.
• Document and report non-conformances to Site Leader/Supervisor.
• Make independent judgments for subjective scenarios according to project needs.
• Troubleshoot and solve problems with Site Lead/Supervisor regarding process flow and criteria.
• Possess inventory control using scanners when needed.
• Work as an inspector when required.
• Comply with Health & Safety laws, regulations, and company policies.
