Job summary

The Team Leader will manage relationships, communicate with stakeholders, and assist senior leaders as needed. This on-site position requires strong English skills and the ability to travel as necessary.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook).
• Proficient with gauges and measuring devices.
• Ability to take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
• May require travel on a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with customers and site personnel.
• Daily communication with stakeholders at the site level.
• Train inspectors and validate adherence to process (audits).
• Communicate project changes and work instructions to inspectors.
• Document and report non-conformances to Site Leader/Supervisor.
• Troubleshoot issues with Site Lead/Supervisor.
