Job summary

TRIGO Global Quality Solutions is seeking a Team Lead in Lafayette, IN for a 1st shift role (6:30 AM - 2:30 PM, Mon–Fri). You will lead inspectors, drive process audits, and ensure compliance with safety and customer guidelines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include training staff, maintaining quality and 5S/6S standards, coordinating with site leadership, and reporting on metrics. Strong English communication and leadership are required to excel.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in Quality related position preferred.
• Demonstrate leadership ability.
• Must be able to speak and read English.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with customers and site personnel; daily communication with stakeholders.
• Train inspectors and verify adherence to processes and audits.
• Handle communications about project changes and work instructions to inspectors; document non-conformances.
• Troubleshoot with Site Lead/Supervisor on process flow and criteria; support material movements using scanners.
