Job summary

TRIGO Global Quality Solutions is seeking a Team Lead in Lafayette, IN for the 1st shift (6:30 AM - 2:30 PM, Mon-Fri) with a pay rate of $20.00 per hour. The role focuses on leading inspectors, ensuring adherence to quality processes, and training staff to maintain high quality standards at the site.

The Team Lead will report to Site Manager/Sr. Site Leader and will foster a collaborative, safe, and productive environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to speak and read English.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience leading teams in a quality-focused role is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead inspectors and validate adherence to processes and audits.
• Establish and maintain relationships with customers and site personnel.
• Train inspectors and communicate project changes and work instructions.
• Document and report non-conformances to Site Leader or Supervisor.
• Troubleshoot process issues with Site Lead/Supervisor; manage material movements using inventory tools.
• Perform inspector duties when required and ensure compliance with health and safety policies.
