Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 2+ years of relevant experience or equivalent
• Experience using PLM software and ERP systems
• Strong communication and project leadership abilities
• Familiarity with quality systems and change control processes

Responsibilities

• Manage item master and ECO coordination activities.
• Review ECOs for BOM updates and effective dates in Garmin ERP.
• Lead small projects and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
• Publish quality system procedures and perform system/process audits.
• Apply analytical methods to understand and improve supply chain processes.
