Diageo Montgomery is seeking a Quality Team Lead to supervise the night-shift Quality Technicians and oversee daily quality operations. The role ensures products meet food safety and quality standards and supports company-wide governance and regulatory compliance.

You will drive quality improvements, collaborate with production and suppliers, and lead initiatives aligned with Diageo's brands and sustainability goals.

Formación

• 4 year Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Packaging, Chemistry or related field, or five years' direct quality experience or training in a bottling company.
• Strong communication, writing, organization and analytical skills with the ability to multi-task.
• Ability to effect change within a manufacturing environment through diagnosing, designing and implementing solutions.
• Strong leadership and management background, with two years of demonstrated experience leading teams preferred.
• Knowledge of TTB and State regulations pertaining to the production of alcohol beverages is a plus, as is experience with ISO 9001 and FSSC 22000 standards.

Responsabilidades

• Assuring safety of employees.
• Management of the assigned Quality Technicians on night shifts.
• Ensuring daily compliance of the production operation to corporate, regulatory and governmental requirements, especially Food Safety / HACCP requirements.
• Providing day-to-day decision-making and leadership to assure issues impacting Food Safety and Quality of product are addressed appropriately.
• Support of the Diageo Innovation, Brand Change and Supply Optimization agenda by facilitating successful qualification and first production of new/modified brands.
• Development and implementation of processes and programs to improve the quality performance of the site; includes SPC and Quality database development and implementation.
