HellermannTyton Corporation in Milwaukee, WI seeks a Quality Assurance Lab Technician to perform inspections, tensile and moisture tests, and SPC data entry. The role supports multiple departments and maintains certifications with occasional weekend overtime. Requires HS diploma and 1 year lab experience preferred.
The candidate will mentor operators on product quality and participate in PPAP/PPC testing, with opportunity for growth in a manufacturing lab environment.
Job Summary: Under the direction of the Quality Lab Supervisor, with guidance from the Quality Lab Tech Lead, the Quality Assurance Lab Technician is responsible for the completion of testing and inspection, dimensional analysis, and support of other departments within HellermannTyton. This position requires the Technician to be able to complete product/process inspections in a product environment as well as a lab environment while managing files and software. Overtime will be required, including some weekend hours. This position will also maintain HellermannTyton's TS16949/ISO14001/EMS certifications by supporting all corporate policies, procedures, work instructions, and required documentation.
