Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year lab experience preferred.
• Good math and communication skills.
• Computer skills - Windows, Excel.
• Good vision.
• Calipers knowledge preferred.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Blueprint reading skills preferred.
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs; frequent bending and standing.

Responsibilities

• Perform 1st piece inspection and in-process inspection of manufactured product.
• Conduct product-specific tests including tensile and moisture analysis.
• Enter and edit SPC data; record inspection/test data.
• Verify material certification and approve raw material.
• Maintain QA records and samples; document non-conformances.
• Support PPAP and PPC testing; assist in maintaining certifications.
