Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, AS9100) and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
• Proficiency in data analysis and statistical process control (SPC).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality control systems and procedures.
• Supervise and train quality control staff on inspection and testing methods.
• Conduct root cause analysis for non-conformances and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications.
• Manage the calibration and maintenance of all quality inspection equipment.
