Job summary

Carrier Global Corporation seeks a Quality Technician Team Lead to supervise shop-floor and outbound quality execution in Air-Cooled manufacturing. You will lead inspection, audits, and 3PL interactions, ensuring compliance with control plans and work instructions.

The role requires strong leadership, 4+ years in quality control, ability to read drawings, and on-site availability. ISO 9001 knowledge and collaboration with cross-functional teams are key, with a focus on escape prevention and data

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 4+ years of manufacturing quality control or inspection experience.
• 2+ months of onsite experience at a Carrier facility.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day activities for In-process Quality Inspectors, Final Auditors, Burst House/Test Inspectors, and 3PL warehouse staff.
• Coordinate coverage and prioritize quality resources based on production risk and quality trends.
• Coach team on inspection/audit expectations, escalation, and documentation.
• Interface with internal teams, 3PL partners, and Supplier Quality to ensure traceability and containment.
