Job summary

Carrier Global Corporation in Texas is seeking a Quality & Continuous Improvement Lead to own the long-term quality strategy for a manufacturing facility. You will guide projects and processes with Engineering, the factory, suppliers, and field to drive continuous quality improvement.

Lead QMS (ISO 9001) audits, manage quality data, KPIs, and customer satisfaction initiatives while developing the quality and quality engineering team and advancing operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8+ years of quality experience, including 3+ years leading quality teams.
• Six Sigma Black Belt and/or ISO 9001 Lead Auditor preferred.
• Experience owning ISO 9001 QMS, audits and management reviews.
• Experience in high-growth or fast-paced manufacturing environments.
• Proven ability to build a quality/continuous-improvement culture.

Responsibilities

• Establishes long-term quality strategy and processes to meet targets.
• Leads projects to continuously improve overall quality.
• Leads teams collecting and analyzing quality data to shape strategy.
• Owns QMS, audits, and management reviews.
• Drives operational excellence and quality capability across the site.
