Job summary

Indra Group USA is seeking a Quality Engineering Leader to drive an established team in Overland Park, KS. You will oversee ISO 9001:2015 and AS9100D compliance, coordinating with Sales, Marketing, and Engineering to ensure customer requirements and regulatory standards are met.

The role focuses on policy development, supplier quality, and cross-functional product/design support, with travel up to 10% for worldwide engagements.

Qualifications

• Experience with ISO 9001:2015 and AS9100D quality systems.
• Ability to collaborate across departments and meet deadlines.
• Experience with government regulatory agencies (FAA/DoD) preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; 8+ years of durable goods manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Management Representative for the ISO 9001:2015 certified Quality Management System.
• Lead the maintenance and development of policies and procedures.
• Contribute to proposal developments for new opportunities to ensure customer requirements are understood and achievable.
• Provide direct support to Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and other teams from a Quality and Inspection standpoint.
• Lead the supplier qualification and performance monitoring process to ensure supplier conformance to quality standards.
• Drive cross-departmental design and development of products and services, ensuring conformity with guidelines.
• Travel (limited - 10%) may be required to customers, suppliers, and other company locations worldwide.
