• Knowledge of product quality requirements (IPC-A-610, workmanship, cosmetic specs).
• Ability to lead, train and motivate Quality Support staff (QA 1-3).
• Knowledge of ISO standards and general company rules/procedures.
• Ability to communicate and coordinate with various functions.

Responsibilities

• Review defects found by Quality Inspector, prepare reports and drive corrective actions.
• Plan working hours and overtime for Quality Support staff on shift; generate daily/weekly performance reports.
• Supervise and train Quality Support staff; monitor output and aging parts waiting IQA inspection.
• Monitor attendance and disciplinary actions; identify training needs and maintain records.
