Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Receives daily production schedule from planning and coordinates inputs and resources to meet on-time production within budget.
• Identifies and resolves bottlenecks in the production process to maintain flow and quality.
• Manages controllable operating expenditures such as scrap and consumables and drives process improvements.
• Ensures timely return-to-work interviews and first-level disciplinary hearings when needed.
• Provides direction to a team, assigns tasks, and reviews work to ensure policies and procedures are followed.
